note the following guidelines regarding late arrivals:
Grace Period
Late Arrival Beyond Grace Period.
- Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in:
- A shortened service to avoid delaying the next client.
- Or the appointment being rescheduled or canceled, based on the schedule and
service type.
Missed Appointments (No Shows)
Clients who fail to show up without notice will be marked as a no-show and may
be charged a cancellation .
Communication is Key
- If you know you’ll be late, please call or message us as soon as possible.
- We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but we cannot guarantee full
service if arriving late.
Respect for Other Clients
- We strive to be punctual with every appointment. Your cooperation helps us
give everyone the attention and service they deserve.
