To ensure the best experience for all clients and to maintain our schedule, please
note the following guidelines regarding late arrivals:

Grace Period

  • A 20-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.
  • If you arrive within this time frame, your service will proceed as scheduled,
  • though it may need to be slightly shortened to accommodate the next client.

Late Arrival Beyond Grace Period.

  • Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in:
  • A shortened service to avoid delaying the next client.
  • Or the appointment being rescheduled or canceled, based on the schedule and
    service type.

Missed Appointments (No Shows)

Clients who fail to show up without notice will be marked as a no-show and may
be charged a cancellation .

Communication is Key

  • If you know you’ll be late, please call or message us as soon as possible.
  • We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but we cannot guarantee full
    service if arriving late.

Respect for Other Clients

  • We strive to be punctual with every appointment. Your cooperation helps us
    give everyone the attention and service they deserve.
